Charlie Thompson
Always passionate about growing overall market volume and size, Charlie has led the largest UK spa brands (Virgin Active (82 spas), Q Hotels (36 spas)) and headed the start up of the UK Spa Association as Chairman for 7 years. Named as a Top Industry Influencer in 2015, and awarded the first UK Spa Industry Certificate of Recognition in 2019, he is also one of the Founders of the category changing concept The Massage Company. Charlie has worked on many projects, including notably the multi-award-winning ‘The Spa at The Midland’ which won 22 awards within its first 5 years.
Lisa Barden
Former Chair of the UK Spa Association, International Trainer for ESPA and Group Spa Director for Aurora Group, Lisa’s goals for the industry are to welcome more people, more often to lead a life of greater wellbeing.
Working in the industry for 25 years, and a qualified trainer since 2004, Lisa has 7307/7407 qualification, and delivered training across 5 continents. She delivers pre-opening recruitment, SOPs and training for CTC International, and will be inspiring your team from day 1.
Justin Graves
Justin’s journey over the last 17 years has incorporated operating leisure, spa, wellness and distribution businesses within the Middle East and UK. Through hotel groups, private residential and commercial facilities, Justin has driven success and profit through sound strategic planning, identifying unique opportunities and consistent leadership and mentoring, all underlined with best practice and operational excellence.
As a current Board Member of the UK Spa Association, Justin is dedicated to supporting the ever-evolving spa and wellness industry. To reach more people and deliver a better quality of life for all through effective, successful and profitable businesses.
Elli Regan
Throughout her 15 years’ experience in the Wellness & Hospitality Industry worldwide, she has been involved in pre-opening projects, provided coaching and training to both large teams and individuals, with a focus on creating positive change in both personal development and business performance.
As an empowerment & peak performance coach, Elli is certified in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Time Line™ Therapy. Developing and retaining your people is both her passion and focus.
She is also a Personal Trainer, RT24 HIIT Instructor, Laughter Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Foundation qualification. She challenges her personal development continuously, constantly learning and adding new resources to her toolbox, to get the best possible performance from your management and teams.
